Getting to you

What the same service means at either end of the map

Nothing about the visit, the price or the warranty changes with your postal code. These are the parts that people ask about.

The design visit
A designer comes to you, measures the actual opening, and draws the unit in the room it is going in. Six days a week, evenings included, anywhere on this map. No charge and no travel fee — Burlington and Oshawa are the same visit as Yonge and Eglinton.
Where it is made
Everything is cut and finished in our own GTA shop, so nothing crosses a border between the drawing and your house. That is what keeps a typical closet at three to four weeks from approved drawings to install day.
Install day
One crew, usually one day for a closet, two for a large walk-in or a full wall of joinery. They cover the floors, cut on site only where a wall demands it, and take the offcuts and packaging away with them.
Condos and towers
Downtown, Mississauga's city centre, Vaughan, North York — we work in towers constantly. We book the service elevator, file the certificate of insurance your property manager wants, and keep the install inside the window the building gives us.
Outside the map
Barrie, Guelph, Kitchener, Hamilton, Niagara — we still take these on, and the only difference is scheduling. Call and we will tell you honestly whether the trip makes sense for the size of the job.

Questions

Coverage questions, answered

No. The in-home design visit is free anywhere in the GTA, from Burlington to Clarington and north to Georgina. There is no travel charge and no obligation at the end of it.

All twenty-eight municipalities of the Greater Toronto Area: the City of Toronto, every city and town in York, Peel, Halton and Durham. Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa are the ones we are in most weeks.

Usually within a few days, and often the same week. Evening and Saturday appointments are normal — most of our visits are booked outside working hours because that is when both partners are home.

Yes, and a good share of our work is condos. We handle the certificate of insurance, book the service elevator through the property manager, and plan the unit so it comes up in pieces that fit the lift.

We do go further — Hamilton, Barrie, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo and the Niagara region — for projects big enough to be worth the trip. Call us with the room and we will tell you straight away.

Yes. The quote is for the cabinetry and the installation, and it does not change with your postal code anywhere on this map.
