Family-run, Toronto-built, ten years in the trade.
We design, manufacture and install every closet we sell — no dealer network in the middle, no catalogue to pick from, and one company accountable from the first measurement to the last screw.
Who we are
A Canadian Family Business Building Custom Closets in Toronto & the GTA.
Closet Form is a Canadian, family-run business with more than ten years of hands-on experience designing, building and installing custom closets and cabinetry. We are independent and local — not a franchise, and not a dealer selling somebody else's catalogue — so the person who measures your room, the shop that cuts the panels and the crew who fit them all answer to the same family.
What we build
Walk-in and reach-in closets, built-in wardrobes, garage cabinets, home offices, kitchen pantries, laundry rooms, mud rooms, library bookshelves and media centres. Every unit is drawn for the room it is going into and then made to those measurements — nothing is pulled off a shelf and trimmed to fit on the day.
Materials & finishes
We work mainly in TFL melamine over engineered panel and MDF — stable, hard-wearing, and honest about what it is. Shaker doors, soft-close drawers, matte black or brushed silver hardware and integrated LED lighting are all on the table, and the finishes run from warm woodgrains like Chocolate Pear and Kiss Curl to the quieter, sand-toned Maritime Dune.
How we price & install
Selling direct, with no dealer margin in the middle, keeps our pricing below the national chains, and building locally keeps the lead times short — most projects are installed in a single day. Every one of them starts with a free consultation at your place, where we measure, ask how you actually use the space, and design around the answer rather than around a catalogue.
Canadian-owned, Toronto-based
Closet Form is Canadian-owned and run out of Toronto, with design, manufacturing and installation all handled in Ontario. The name and the workshop came together in late 2025; the experience behind them is a good deal older. You will find us at 2149 Yonge St, Suite 1020, Toronto, ON M4S 2A2 — call or text (647) 561-9874, or email info@closetform.ca.
